Job summary

Infusion For Health in Denver, Colorado seeks an outside sales representative to drive growth across infusion centers. This home-based role travels up to 60% within the territory, building physician relationships in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology to generate referrals.

You will develop sales strategies, meet quotas, educate physicians about our services, and collaborate with pharma reps and health systems to expand opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales with physician relationship development and referrals in oncology/hematology/GI/rheumatology.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies and goals, ensuring KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas, driving revenue growth for the company.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-volume physician practices focusing on oncology, hematology, GI, and rheumatology.
• Educate physicians and their teams on Infusion For Health’s services to foster referrals.
• Identify key target providers, create engagement strategies, and increase referral volume.
• Monitor provider performance and collaborate to improve referral rates.
• Work with pharmaceutical reps, health plans, and local health systems to improve service delivery.
• Provide feedback to marketing and operations teams to improve patient and provider engagement.
