Job summary

Infusion For Health is seeking a motivated Infusion Sales Representative to grow our infusion centers in Fremont, Alameda, and Oakland regions. As an Outside Sales Rep, you will manage provider relationships and generate referrals from physicians, especially in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.

This home-based role involves up to 60% travel within the territory. You will develop strategies, nurture high-volume practices, educate physicians about our services, and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare, health services, or medical sales.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with providers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal direction.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies and goals, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas, driving revenue growth.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-volume physician practices in oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.
• Educate physicians and their teams on Infusion For Health’s services to foster referrals.
• Identify key target providers and plan engagement strategies to increase referrals.
• Monitor provider performance and adapt tactics to raise referral rates.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical reps, health plans, and local health systems to expand service delivery.
• Provide feedback to marketing and operations to improve engagement.
