Job summary

Infusion For Health is seeking a Provider Development Director to lead Outside Sales for infusion centers in the San Jose and Santa Clara regions, with responsibility for managing physician relationships and generating referrals, including oncology, hematology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology, and travel up to 60%.

This role requires a proven sales track record, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with marketing, operations, pharma partners,

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with track record of developing physician relationships and referrals in oncology/hematology/ gastroenterology / rheumatology.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and goals and report on KPIs.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas.
• Cultivate relationships with high-volume physician practices.
• Educate physicians and teams about Infusion For Health services.
• Identify target providers and create engagement strategies.
• Monitor provider performance and adjust tactics to raise referrals.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical reps, health plans, and local health systems.
• Provide feedback to marketing and operations for engagement.
