Job summary

Infusion For Health is seeking a highly motivated Infusion Sales Representative to drive growth across Fremont, Alameda, and Oakland regions. This home-based role requires up to 60% travel to build relationships with physician practices and expand referrals for infusion centers.

You will educate physicians, manage accounts, and collaborate with health plans and pharma reps to improve patient access and service delivery. A 3–5 year healthcare sales background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success and physician referral generation.
• Strong presentation and communication with physicians and staff.
• Analytical and organized with territory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and goals.
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
• Cultivate relationships with high-volume physician practices in oncology/hematology/gastroenterology/rheumatology.
• Educate physicians and teams to drive referrals.
• Identify key providers and engagement strategies to increase referrals.
• Monitor provider performance and adjust tactics to boost referrals.
• Collaborate with pharma reps, health plans, and local health systems to improve service delivery.
• Provide feedback to marketing and operations to improve engagement.
