Beth Israel Lahey Health seeks a Sterile Products Pharmacy Technician to join the team in Massachusetts. The role supports sterile compounding, adherence to USP standards, and pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.

Responsibilities include compounding preparation, inventory, billing, and patient communication. Prior experience and an active Massachusetts license are required; Epic experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active state pharmacy license in Massachusetts.
• 1+ years related work experience required.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse professionals.
• Experience with computer systems including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, store and distribute compounded and non-compounded items.
• Inventory control and compliance audits.
• Handle insurance billing and patient collections.
• Provide internal and external customer service.
• Maintain pharmacy records and documentation.
