Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy license.
• 1+ years related work experience required.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with diverse groups.
• Experience with computer systems including web-based apps and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, store and distribute compounded and non-compounded items.
• Manage inventory and complete compliance audits.
• Handle insurance billing and patient collections.
• Provide internal and external customer service.
• Maintain pharmacy records and document accurately.
• Order, receive, and inspect medications and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Assist with quality assurance and coordinate with pharmacy team.
