Job summary

Workforce Recruiter is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee operations across pharmacy, administration, and sales in compliance with regulations and policies. The role includes financial oversight, communicating with owners and corporate office on finance, performance improvement, and clinical implementation of therapies.

Qualifications

• Must hold B.S or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Strong business and financial understanding to run a profitable operation.
• Preferred: Three years clinical experience; infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees within company departments.
• Maintains regulatory mandates on provision of health care by professionals.
• Implements and upholds company policies, procedures, and protocols in serving consumers.
• Participates in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve quality of care.
• Ensures USP <797> compliance for compounded sterile preparations.
• Oversees performance improvement processes and staff assignments.
