Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the pharmacy, administrative, and sales departments in compliance with regulatory policies. You will manage financial performance, coordinate with owners, and lead clinical integration of therapies.

The role requires licensure (GA Board of Pharmacy or applicable state), strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills, with preferred experience in infusion therapy and sterile compounding.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with GA Board of Pharmacy licensure in good standing.
• Strong interaction skills with staff, referral sources, physicians and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service ability and advanced computer skills.
• Solid business and financial understanding for profitable operations.
• Preferred: three years clinical experience.
• Preferred: experience managing pharmacy support personnel.
• Preferred: infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience.
• Preferred: sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy, admin, and sales operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage physical space and organization of the pharmacy.
• Serve as liaison between board of management and staff.
• Recruit, orient, and evaluate employees across departments.
• Ensure compliance with health care regulatory mandates.
• Guide policy implementation and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to strategic planning to grow revenue and care quality.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge for sterile compounding quality and safety.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and assign staff to projects.
• Review charts and lab results for product and device selection.
• Evaluate medication orders for safety, effectiveness and cost.
• Monitor patient progress and relay clinical information to physicians.
• Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Assist in training new staff and ongoing education.
