Job summary

RRC Solutions Group seeks an experienced Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee all departments, including pharmacy, admin, and sales, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with policies and procedures. The role involves financial oversight, communication with owners and the corporate office on finance, performance, and clinical implementation.

Qualifications

• Must have a B.S. or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interactive skills with employees, referral sources, physicians, and consumers.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Solid business and financial understanding to operate a profitable pharmacy.
• Preferred: three years of clinical experience; preferred: experience managing pharmacy support staff; preferred: infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience; preferred: sterile compounding training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
• Supervise organization of the pharmacy and maintain its operations.
• Act as liaison between management and staff and coordinate with owners/corporate office.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees across departments.
• Uphold regulatory mandates in health care service provision.
• Implement and uphold company policies and patient-focused procedures.
• Contribute to strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge to ensure sterile compounding quality and safety.
• Oversee performance improvement processes and assign staff accordingly.
• Review charts, lab results, medication orders for safety, cost, and accuracy.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate clinical results to physicians and care teams.
• Lead training and onboarding of new staff and ongoing performance improvement.
