Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of pharmacy, administrative, clerical, and sales departments in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. The Manager oversees financial status and communicates with owners/corporate on finance, performance improvement, or clinical implementation of therapies.

The role requires GA Board licensure, strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and experience in infusion

Qualifications

• Must hold GA Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service.
• Strong business and financial understanding for profitable operation.
• Infusion therapy and sterile compounding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory/ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Interviews, orients, and evaluates employees.
• Ensures regulatory mandates are met for healthcare provision.
• Implements and upholds company policies and protocols for consumer service.
• Involved in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve quality of care.
• Maintains USP <797> knowledge for sterility and stability of compounded products.
• Monitors performance improvement processes and assigns staff accordingly.
• Reviews charts and lab results for therapeutic appropriateness and safety.
• Communicates clinical information to physicians and healthcare team.
• Supervises compounding, packaging and labeling of products.
• Participates in training and on-call rotation.
