Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of all departments within the company including pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.

The Manager (PIC) oversees and evaluates the financial status of the company, communicates with the owners/corporate office as needed on issues of finance, performance improvement, sales, or clinical

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. or PharmD in good standing with GA Board.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding for profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management activities and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain pharmacy organization and liaison with management.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate department employees.
• Uphold regulatory mandates on health care provision.
• Implement and uphold company policies and protocols.
• Participate in strategic planning to increase revenue and care quality.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge for sterile compounding quality.
• Lead performance improvement across management and operations.
• Review charts, lab results, and medication orders for safety and cost.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate results to the care team.
• Supervise compounding, packaging, and labeling of products.
• Assist in training and on-call rotations as needed.
