Job summary

Modern Machining Solutions Inc is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of all departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational policies. The role includes financial oversight and communication with owners/corporate offices on performance and clinical implementation of therapies.

Qualifications

• Must hold a B.S. or PharmD in good standing with the GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal communication with staff, referral sources, physicians, and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advanced computer skills.
• Solid business and financial understanding to run a profitable operation.
• Preference for 3 years of clinical experience.
• Experience managing pharmacy support personnel.
• Experience with infusion therapy and sterile compounding preferred.
• Sterile compounding training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy operations and ensure regulatory compliance and policies.
• Manage the physical pharmacy and supervise staff.
• Act as liaison between management and staff.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees.
• Ensure regulatory mandates in healthcare provision.
• Lead performance improvement and quality initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning to increase revenue and care quality.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge for sterile compounding quality.
• Review charts and lab results for product and device decisions.
