Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC. seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to lead all pharmacy, administrative, and sales operations in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies. The role includes financial oversight, communication with owners, and strategic clinical implementation of therapies.

The Manager will supervise staff, maintain quality and sterility of compounded products, and drive performance improvement across departments to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required: B.S. or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with employees, referral sources, physicians, and consumers.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills with advanced computer skills.
• Business and financial understanding of operating a profitable pharmacy.
• Preferred: three years of clinical experience; experience managing pharmacy staff.
• Preferred: infusion therapy and sterile compounding background.

Responsibilities

• Performs pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.
• Oversees the physical maintenance and organization of the pharmacy.
• Acts as liaison between management and staff; participates in interviews and onboarding.
• Ensures regulatory compliance for health care provisions and quality improvement.
