Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management per regulations and policies.
• Maintain pharmacy facilities and organization.
• Liaise between Board of Management and staff.
• Interview, orient, and evaluate employees.
• Uphold regulatory health-care mandates.
• Resolve questions and issues for departments.
• Implement company policies and protocols.
• Contribute to strategic planning to grow revenue.
• Maintain USP <797> knowledge for sterile compounding.
• Lead performance improvement across key processes.
• Review charts and lab results for decisions.
• Evaluate orders for safety, cost, and accuracy.
• Monitor patient progress and inform physicians.
• Supervise compounding, packaging, labeling.
• Train and orient new staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
