Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee the operations of all departments—pharmacy, administrative/clerical, and sales—ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. You will oversee financial status and communicate with owners/corporate on issues of finance, performance improvement, and clinical implementation.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with GA Board of Pharmacy in good standing.
• Strong communication with staff, referral sources, physicians and patients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and advanced computer skills.
• Solid business and financial understanding for profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy, admin, and sales operations in compliance with regs.
• Manage financial status and communications with owners.
• Lead staff, oversee recruitment and training.
• Ensure USP <797> compliance and sterile compounding quality.
• Drive quality improvement and strategic planning.
• Monitor orders, pharmacovigilance, patient care coordination.
