Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group seeks a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager (PIC) to oversee operations across pharmacy, admin, and sales, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

The Manager will evaluate financial status, communicate with owners on finance, performance improvement, and clinical therapy implementation, and lead strategic initiatives to improve quality of care.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. or PharmD in good standing with GA Board of Pharmacy.
• Excellent written and verbal customer service skills and advanced computer skills.
• Strong business and financial understanding for profitable operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy management activities in compliance with regulatory and ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Manage pharmacy facilities and staff, ensuring proper compounding, packaging, and labeling.
• Liaise between management and staff to ensure policy adherence and performance improvement.
• Lead interviews, onboarding, and evaluations of employees across departments.
• Support regulatory compliance in health care delivery and therapeutic implementation.
• Participate in strategic planning to increase revenue and improve care quality.
