Job summary
Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to plan, organize, direct, and provide safe pharmacy services for patients in home infusion settings. You will coordinate patient services with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams and help meet location goals.
The role requires a licensed pharmacist with 5–7 years in infusion/pharmacy operations, strong staff leadership, and budgeting experience. The position involves on-site management and collaboration with the Operations Director.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
- Minimum 5–7 years in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting OR 3 years plus residency or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience directly managing people.
- At least 2 years of budgeting or capital expense management experience.
Responsibilities
- Determines suitability of patients for home care and supervises pharmacy staff.
- Directs the activities of the pharmacy department and schedules staff.
- Develops and mentors staff through onboarding and development opportunities.
- Oversees purchasing, inventory, budget and equipment management.
