Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy department for home infusion services. You will plan, organize, and direct pharmacy operations, ensure safe dispensing, and coordinate with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement teams.

The role requires a licensed PharmD with 5–7 years in infusion settings or 3 years plus residency, plus strong leadership and budgeting skills. Willingness to travel up to 5% and manage regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• 5–7 years in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting or 3 years plus residency/-equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• 2 years of budgeting or capital budgeting experience.
• Active membership in a related state or national clinical/pharmacy org.

Responsibilities

• Determines suitability of patients for home care.
• Supervises and evaluates the pharmacy staff’s care quality.
• Directs daily activities of the pharmacy department and mentors staff.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, and budget for the department.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safety in medication preparation and dispensing.
