Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
- Current, active Pharmacy license as granted by the State Board.
- Experience in managing a pharmacy department and budgeting.
Responsibilities
- Directs activities of the pharmacy department to meet patient needs.
- Manages budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and equipment.
- Coordinates patient services with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement teams.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and formulary guidelines.
- Supervises staff onboarding, training and performance management.
- Oversees on-call coverage and supports sales and accounts education.
