Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the home infusion pharmacy team, ensure safe and compliant patient care, and coordinate with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement departments.

The role requires a PharmD, active license, and several years in a clinical or infusion setting, with strong budgeting, staff development, and operational leadership capabilities. Mississippi location, on-site assignment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license.
• At least 5–7 years in a clean room or infusion pharmacy setting OR 3 years plus advanced qualifications.
• Experience directly managing people.
• Experience planning and managing department budgets and capital expenditures.

Responsibilities

• Directs the activities of the pharmacy department and schedules staff.
• Ensures safe and appropriate pharmacy services for home care patients.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, and budget management.
• Collaborates with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement teams.
• Maintains compliance with regulatory and formulary guidelines.
