Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the home infusion pharmacy, coordinate patient services with nursing and delivery, and drive safe, compliant operations. You will manage budgets, inventory, equipment, and staff performance while partnering with leadership to meet location goals.

The role requires a pharmacy license, Doctor of Pharmacy degree, and substantial leadership and budgeting experience in infusion settings. Travel and on-call coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license issued by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• 5–7 years experience in clean room or infusion pharmacy; or 3 years plus ASHP residency or equivalent.
• 3+ years experience directly managing people.
• 2+ years experience budgeting or completing ASHP residency or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, directs and ensures safe pharmacy services for home care patients.
• Supervises pharmacy staff and optimizes daily operations.
• Mentors staff through onboarding and performance management.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, budgets and equipment.
• Supports sales and Management with service scope education and accounts education.
• Manages on-call responsibilities and ensures coverage.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and safe medication handling.
