Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the home infusion pharmacy, ensuring safe and compliant services. You will coordinate patient services with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams, manage budgets and purchasing, and supervise staff to meet clinical and financial goals.

The role requires a pharmacist license, leadership experience, and a track record of optimizing pharmacy operations in an infusion setting. Travel and on-call duties may be involved.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Current, active Pharmacy license.
• 5–7 years in clean room or infusion pharmacy; or 3 years plus credentialed residency or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 2 years planning and managing departmental budgets/capex.

Responsibilities

• Determines suitability of patients for home care.
• Supervises and evaluates the quality of pharmacy staff care.
• Directs activities of the pharmacy department and schedules staff.
• Oversees budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Coordinates with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement teams.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities and ensures coverage.
