Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead all aspects of the home infusion pharmacy department, ensuring safe and compliant medication management for patients. You will coordinate with nursing, delivery, and reimbursement teams to meet operational and financial goals.

The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, active state licensure, and 5–7 years in a sterile/infusion setting with strong leadership and budgeting experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and active license required.
• Minimum 5–7 years in clean room or infusion pharmacy; or 3 years plus MTM, residency, or approved equivalent.
• At least 3 years of people management experience and budgeting/expense control.

Responsibilities

• Directs the pharmacy department and schedules staff to meet patient needs.
• Oversees purchasing, inventory, budgeting and equipment management.
• Ensures medication preparation, dispensing accuracy and safety procedures.
• Coordinates with nursing, delivery and reimbursement teams for efficient patient care.
• Provides education to sales and accounts to explain services and benefits.
