Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home, or in an alternate infusion suite, under a physician's plan of care.

You will document care in real time, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safety and continuity of care. The role requires an active RN license, current CPR, and infusion nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a vehicle and travel up to 100% for business purposes.
• Proficient with basic computer software and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Performs treatments, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Modifies plan of treatment as patient status changes.
• Documents patient care in real-time and communicates with clinical team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and ensures continuity of care.
• Precepts and mentors other nurses as assigned.
