Job summary

Option Care Health seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion sites. You will ensure patient safety under a physician’s plan of care and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain continuity of care.

Required are an active RN license and CPR, with at least 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience. Travel is up to 100% with a vehicle and valid license; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs and adjusts treatment per physician orders.
• Documents care in real time and communicates with clinical team.
• Mentor and train less experienced nurses as needed.
• Ensure patient safety and education for patients and families.
