Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite under physician orders.

The role requires coordination with the clinical team, documentation, and ongoing patient education to ensure safety and continuity of care. Licensure as a registered nurse with CPR certification is required, and prior infusion nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 1–2 years of infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes direct patient care in home or infusion suite and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical team and documents care in real time for billing and continuity of care.
