Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite under a physician's plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license and strong clinical nursing skills, with supervision as needed to ensure safety and compliance. You will develop care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, document care in real time, and collaborate with the clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each visit and adjusts care as needed.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s to ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicates with the clinical team to coordinate care and document care in real time.
