Option Care Health in Mobile, AL is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion setting under a physician's plan of care. You will document care in real time, communicate with the clinical team, and ensure safety and quality of patient care.

The role requires an active RN license in practice state, 1 year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Maintains timely and accurate clinical documentation for billing and patient care.
