Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a licensed Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care, following a physician’s plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. The position is part-time in Rochester, IN, with pay range transparency and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Assesses patient needs during visits and updates physician orders as needed.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s for patient safety.
