Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite. The role works under structured supervision of a supervisor to ensure patient safety according to the physician’s plan of care.

Responsibilities include administering treatments, educating patients and families, coordinating with clinical teams, and maintaining timely clinical documentation while complying with HIPAA and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides intermediate nursing care in home or infusion suite.
• Coordinates patient care and educates patients and families.
• Ensures documentation is completed in real-time and compliant with policies.
• Provides supervision and mentorship as needed to Infusion Nurse I’s.
