Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in patients' homes or infusion suites. You will work under supervision and ensure safety and compliance with physician plans of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and ability to travel extensively. Strong patient education and documentation skills are essential in this field.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for business travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each visit and documents findings.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I as needed.
• Communicates with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Prepares clinical documentation in real time for billing and compliance.
