Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and deliver intermediate nursing care in the home or infusion suite under a physician plan of care.

You will monitor patient progress, document care in real time, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure safety and continuity of care. The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate direct patient care in home or alternate infusion suite.
• Educate patients and families/caregivers on treatments and plan of care.
• Modify plan of treatment in response to patient status or physician orders.
• Coordinate and document care and communicate with the Clinical team.
