Option Care Health, Inc. seeks an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate nursing care in the home or alternate infusion suite, under a physician’s plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license and CPR certification with at least 1 year of nursing experience, including infusion skills. You will mentor Infusion Nurse I staff, collaborate with the clinical team and families, document care in real time, and ensure safety, quality, and adherence to policies while traveling as

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications; ability to use nursing technology tools.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience; infusion nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Organizes and provides direct patient care, administers medications, and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Modifies plan of treatment based on patient status or physician orders.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
• Communicates with clinical team, medical providers, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.
• Completes real-time documentation during visits for billing and compliance.
