Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II in Florida to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety, with a focus on continuity of care and adherence to a physician plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license in Florida, CPR certification, and 1+ year of nursing experience. Travel to patient sites may be required; strong documentation and communication skills are essential

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and coordinates intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Provides direct patient care in home or alternate infusion suite.
• Adminsisters medications and educates patients and families.
• Maintains documentation and communicates with the clinical team.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
• Precepts and mentors other nurses as needed.
