Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation’s leading home and alternate-site infusion provider, seeking an Infusion Nurse II in Orlando, FL.

You will coordinate and deliver intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite, under a physician’s plan of care, with supervision from a nurse manager. You’ll assess patients, administer medications, provide education to patients and families, and ensure timely documentation and care coordination across clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software applications.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Assesses patient needs and physical status at each skilled visit.
• Provides training and mentorship when needed.
• Communicates with clinical team to facilitate continuity of care.
• Completes documentation for billing and care summaries.
