Job summary

Option Care Health in Florida is hiring an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate medical care in the home or alternate infusion suite. You’ll work under supervision to ensure patient safety, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and document care in real time for billing and continuity.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in the state, has at least 1 year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; capable of bending, reaching and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Documents care in real time and supports billing with accurate records.
• Oversees and coordinates care during home visits and infusion suite visits.
