Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite, under a physician’s plan of care. The role emphasizes patient safety, documentation, and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, current CPR certification, and have at least 1 year of nursing experience. Travel up to 100% may be required to support patient care across service areas.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and provides intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families/caregivers.
• Coordinates with physician and clinical team to ensure safe plan of care.
• Documents care in real-time and complies with billing/records requirements.
• Supports discharge planning and caregiver training as needed.
