Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or infusion suite under supervision. This role ensures patient safety and continuity of care under a physician's plan while delivering skilled nursing interventions and education to patients and families.

The position requires an active RN license, BSN preferred, and 1+ year infusion experience. Travel up to 10% within service area may be required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or higher.
• 1+ year of infusion or home-care nursing preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care.
• Provides direct patient care and administers medications.
• Educates patients and families about treatment and safety.
• Documents care in real-time and coordinates with clinical team.
• Assists with discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Mentors Infusion Nurse I and supports supervision as needed.
