Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an alternate infusion suite. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and adherence to the physician's plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and the ability to travel as needed. BSN preferred, with experience in infusion nursing advantageous.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic knowledge of computer operating systems and software.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
• Documents care in real-time and assists with discharge planning.
