Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite.

You will implement nursing plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families to promote safe, effective care under a physician’s plan. The role requires an active RN license, 1 year of nursing experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license for travel.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for travel.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care.
• BSN preferred for enhanced opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care in home or infusion suite.
• Administers medications and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs at each visit and updates plans per physician orders.
• Coordinates with clinical team to ensure continuity of care and timely documentation.
