Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suites, under a physician’s plan. You will educate patients and families, document care, and ensure safety per regulatory guidelines.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. A BSN is preferred; travel to patient homes is common, with a flexible, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments.
• Provides direct patient care, administers medications, and educates patients and families.
• Communicates with the clinical team and follows physician orders.
• Documents visits in real-time and supports billing processes.
• Assists in discharge planning and supervises other nurses when applicable.
