Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or an infusion suite under a physician plan of care. The role requires an active and unrestricted RN license and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with CPR certification.

Under supervision, you will coordinate care, perform treatments, educate patients and families, document care, and participate in team conferences while upholding HIPAA and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, and implements intermediate nursing plan of care treatments and educates patients and families.
• Assesses patient needs and documents care in real-time for billing and continuity.
• Provides training and mentorship to Infusion Nurse I’s as needed.
