Job summary

Soleo Health in Flowery Branch, GA is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the local area and surrounding region. The role involves direct patient care, education, and coordination with the care team in home/alternate sites.

You will work 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with on-call rotation including some weekends and holidays. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of IV access devices and administration of infusion medications.
• Valid state issued driver’s license with no significant restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of infusion therapy.
• Educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate home environment and ensure safety for prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care with the team.
• Manage schedule via company platform and communicate changes.
• Coordinate patient care with approved platforms and care team.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for continuous support.
• Document all encounters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
• Ensure timely submission of POTs and clinical documents.
• Collaborate with departments to complete patient documents promptly.
