Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Full-time Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Duluth, GA area. You will provide primary patient care including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education in home or other sites according to care plans and best practices.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, on-call rotation, and the ability to drive within a 1-hour radius. A valid RN license in good standing is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of IV access devices and infusion therapy procedures.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas preferred (e.g., CRNI, ONS).
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and nights/weekends.
• Experience with infusion therapy in home or alternate site settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned infusion patients, including assessments, care planning, and education.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, and care partners to support home infusion therapy.
• Evaluate home environments and ensure safety and appropriateness of care.
• Develop and evaluate the plan of care and response to therapy with the team.
• Manage scheduling via company platform and communicate changes promptly.
• Document encounters and maintain compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the nurse on-call rotation to provide continuous nursing support.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
