Job summary

Always Compassionate Health seeks an RN Infusion Homecare Nurse to perform on-site visits for infusion therapy across the Bronx and Upper Manhattan. You will initiate patient care, monitor progress, and collaborate with the infusion team to ensure seamless, high-quality home-based care.

Requirements include NYS RN license, 3+ years in home infusion, and IV/SQIG and biologic infusion experience. Travel and reliable transportation are needed; we offer flexible case scheduling and on-site support.

Qualifications

• Active NYS RN license and registration.
• Infusion experience required (IV/SQIG and biologics).
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site patient visits to initiate and monitor infusion care.
• Provide PIV, PICC, and central line care with access competence.
• Precept and evaluate skills of newly hired nurses as requested.
• Collaborate with Infusion Intake Team and other healthcare professionals.
