Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) nursing experience in home care infusion or related settings.
• Infusion experience is REQUIRED (IV/SQIG and biologic medications).
• HIPAA knowledge and standard nursing policies/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits to initiate and manage infusion care at home.
• Perform follow-up visits and provide ongoing patient education.
• Precept and evaluate newly hired nurses as requested.
• Collaborate with Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of care.
