Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with infusion experience to provide high-quality home infusion care across Westchester and surrounding areas. You will conduct patient visits, initiate care, and ensure safety and documentation while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a NYS RN license, with CPR/BLS; ACLS preferred, and flexibility for on-site visits with reliable transportation. This role offers hourly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years full-time RN experience in home infusion or related healthcare setting.
Infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologics required.
NYS RN license and registration; BLS required, ACLS preferred.
Ability to participate in a multi-disciplinary health care team.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient visits to initiate and follow-up infusion care in patients' homes.
Precept and evaluate skills of newly hired nurses as requested.
Coordinate with Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless initiation of infusion care.
Maintain clinical documentation and patient safety during visits.
Communicate with patients, families, pharmacy, and medical providers as necessary.
