Job summary

Always Compassionate Health seeks a Registered Nurse for home-based infusion field work across the Hudson Valley. You will initiate patient care during visits, perform follow-ups, and help ensure high-quality infusion services in patients\' homes.

The role requires 3+ years of RN experience in infusion settings, NPR license in NY, and infusion of IV/SQIG and biologics. You will educate patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to expand services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-time RN experience in home care infusion or related setting.
• Infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologics required.
• Knowledge of supervision, performance evaluation, and education.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits to initiate care and follow-up as needed.
• Precept and evaluate newly hired nurses.
• Collaborate with infusion intake team to coordinate home care.
• Maintain clinical documentation and ensure patient safety during infusions.
• Communicate with patients, families, infusion pharmacy, and medical providers.
