Job summary

Always Compassionate Health in New York is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for home infusion field roles across Westchester and surrounding areas. You will initiate patient care visits, perform follow-ups, and assist in supervising new nurses as requested.

Infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologics is required. NYS RN license, BLS/ACLS preferred, and strong documentation skills in a paperless system are essential. We offer flexible cases and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time RN experience in home infusion, hospital, clinic, or medical facility
• Infusion experience with IV/SQIG and biologics required
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and nursing policies/procedures

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits to initiate care and perform follow-ups
• Provide infusion therapy preparation and administration
• Manage patient safety, monitoring, and post-infusion care
• Educate patients/families on therapy administration
• Document thoroughly in paperless systems
• Precept and evaluate newer nurses as requested
