Job summary

Always Compassionate Health is seeking Registered Nurses for home infusion field visits across the Bronx, Westchester, and surrounding areas. The role initiates patient care, conducts follow-ups, and may precept newly hired nurses.

You will collaborate with the Infusion Intake Team to ensure seamless in-home infusion care. Required NYS RN license, up-to-date BLS (ACLS preferred), and 3+ years of home infusion or related experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of RN experience in home infusion, hospital, clinic, or medical facility.
• Infusion experience is REQUIRED, including IV/SQIG and biologics.
• Supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and nursing policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient visits to initiate care and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide infusion therapy preparation and administration.
• Educate patients/families in therapy administration.
• Ensure patient safety, monitoring, and post-infusion follow-up.
• Communicate with patients, families, infusion pharmacy and medical providers.
